For first production runs we require 150 units per SKU or color. After we dial in fit and construction, reorder MOQ drops to 100 units — because our cutters can nest patterns with less waste.
Standard lead time is 6–8 weeks FOB Massachusetts. Rush slots (as fast as 3 weeks) are available for a 20% expedite surcharge when capacity allows.
Yes — send a yardage chart and a one-yard swatch first. We inspect for shade consistency and tensile strength before booking the cut.
Every bundle is inline-inspected at three stations and AQL-checked again post-press. We keep digital traceability tags so you know which operator touched each garment.
Absolutely. If a seam fails under normal use within 12 months, we repair or replace the unit on our dime. Very few contracts in the U.S. offer that level of assurance.
